Meet Our Team

Abigail is a lawyer with over 4 years’ experience in company secretarial work. She is Mebgate Group’s company secretary and compliance manager. She manages our corporate and compliance departments making sure that our investors investment is safe from non-compliance. She manages all our filing at the Patent House including board resolutions, mortgages, change of information and records of the meeting and other statutory requirements. She has a degree in law from Cavendish University Zambia and She is a volunteer Judge at the world’s biggest moot court competition that promotes the study and practice of International Law (the Philip C Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition).
